Production Process
A website's visual foundation is the hardest thing to change after the build. Wording can be adjusted in minutes. A wrong colour palette is a rebuild, not a revision. The six-step process below solves this by confirming the visual direction before any building begins.
Step 1
Design Brief
Seven questions that capture your aesthetic preferences, reference sites, and what the site needs to accomplish.
Step 2
Design Sampler
Three visual directions. Same content, different aesthetic treatments. You choose one before anything is built.
Client confirms direction ↓
Step 3
Page Structure
Which sections, in what order, serving what purpose. The content architecture for the site.
Step 4
Full Build
The complete site built against confirmed decisions. Every page, every section, every interaction.
Step 5
Client Review
You review the built site for copy accuracy, voice, and emphasis. The visual direction is already confirmed.
Step 6
Deployment
Domain, hosting, SSL, analytics, SEO, contact form. Everything configured and live.
The Design Sampler
Before a single page is coded, you see three visual directions for your site. Same content, three different aesthetic treatments. You pick one. Then we build. This is the step that prevents the "I had something different in mind" problem. Below is the Design Sampler produced for the Identity Protocol speaker website.

Service Website
The Book Development Service
A single-page site designed to take a visitor from curiosity to conversation. The architecture follows the client journey: what the service is, how it works, what you get, and how to start. Every element is built to earn trust without overselling.
What was built
A complete single-page website with custom tooling, interactive questionnaires, and a full sample deliverable portfolio. Every piece of infrastructure built from scratch for this service.
Design and Typography
A restrained palette of cream, charcoal, and teal with serif display headings and clean sans-serif body text. Scroll-reveal animations timed to the reading pace. The tone is professional without being corporate: warm, confident, and direct. No templates, no themes, no page builders.
Interactive Client Questionnaire
A multi-step questionnaire with personal access tokens for each confirmed client. Three client-type pathways, auto-save on every answer, and voice recording built directly into the browser with full Safari and iOS compatibility. Not a form plugin; a custom-built web application.
Voice Capture Tool
A standalone recording page where clients can capture voice notes during or after their session, directly in the browser. Multiple takes with individual downloads. Built to work seamlessly on iPad and iPhone, including share via AirDrop, WhatsApp, or email.
Sample Deliverable Portfolio
Individually designed sample pages, each showing a different service output in full: from content strategies to press kits, keynote presentations to course outlines. Every page is a standalone piece of work, not a screenshot or a placeholder.
Full Technical Infrastructure
Custom domain, hosting, SSL, SEO configuration with structured metadata, Google Search Console setup, privacy-respecting analytics with no cookies or third-party tracking, contact form with spam filtering, mobile-first responsive design tested across iPad, iPhone, and desktop. Everything configured and live.
Your Site Gets the Same Treatment
Every client website includes twelve months of updates from the date it goes live: text changes, new pages, image swaps, layout adjustments, and anything else that keeps it current as your book and profile develop. The person who built it is always the person updating it. No support tickets, no third parties, no starting from scratch.
Speaker Website
The Identity Protocol
A keynote speaker website designed to land bookings. The site leads with credentials, story, and stage presence. The architecture is built for L&D teams and event organisers who need to assess a speaker quickly and make a decision. Built from Direction B of the Design Sampler above.
What was built
A complete keynote speaker website with a different design language, structure, and purpose from the service site. Every element is engineered to land a booking, not just make an impression.
Cinematic Design Language
A dark, bold aesthetic built around strong imagery and confident typography. The design foregrounds the speaker's story and credentials before the visitor reaches a single word of sales copy. Completely different from the service site: different palette, different mood, different purpose. Same level of craft.
Animated Hero and Transformation Sequence
A custom-built opening sequence that moves from "Life Support, 1987" to "All-Star Weekend, 2009" with timed transitions between hospital and NBA imagery. The visitor sees the full arc of the story in seconds, before they scroll a single pixel. Includes skip and replay controls for repeat visitors.
Interactive Story Scroll
A swipeable, card-based narrative that walks the visitor through the full journey from the car accident to the world records to the speaking career. Not a static biography: a designed reading experience that earns attention one card at a time.
Keynote Selection Architecture
Two keynote offerings presented with clear descriptions, audience fit, format details, and expected outcomes. A separate Protocol Picker tool helps event organisers match their specific situation to the right session, removing guesswork from the booking decision.
Credential Display and Social Proof
Four Guinness World Record certificates with lightbox viewer. Nike, Adidas, NBA, Sony, Ford, and Diesel logos in an animated carousel. Key stats: four world records, twenty years of professional performance, four Champions League finals. Named testimonials from corporate clients positioned as proof that the work delivers.
Structured Enquiry System and Speaker Kit
A quick-quote form built for how L&D teams and event organisers actually book speakers: event type, audience size, tentative date, and company details. Plus a downloadable PDF speaker kit that a booker can forward internally: biography, keynote descriptions, credentials, and technical requirements. Ready to attach to a procurement process.
Full Technical Infrastructure
Custom domain, hosting, SSL, privacy-respecting analytics, structured metadata targeting UK corporate keynote speaker search terms, Google Search Console configuration, and responsive design tested across iPad, iPhone, and desktop. The same technical standard as the service site, applied to a completely different brief.
