Every example on this page was produced by this service, and all of them come from the same book: The Identity Protocol, which is mine. That is deliberate. A portfolio of unrelated best bits tells you what a service can do on a good day. One book carried the whole way through tells you what the process actually produces, including the parts that are unglamorous.
The work runs in three stages. The Blueprint decides what the book is. The Writing Partnership turns that into a manuscript, a chapter at a time. Beyond the Manuscript is everything the finished book can be turned into afterwards. What follows is one worked example from each stage, and then every deliverable in the third.
Stage one: the Book Blueprint
A Book Blueprint
The structural architecture of a hybrid memoir and performance book, with excerpts from the full document. This is what arrives within seven days of the session.
Stage two: the Writing Partnership
A finished chapter
The Panic in Lisbon, complete and unedited by anyone since. This is a chapter as it comes out of the partnership, not an extract chosen to flatter it.
Stage three: Beyond the Manuscript
Once a book exists, it is raw material. These eleven examples were all built from the same twelve chapters, and each one is the actual deliverable rather than a description of it.
Author websites
Two author websites designed and built end to end, including the Design Sampler step that settles the visual direction before a page is coded.
Keynote presentations
Sections from two keynotes built out of the book: content architecture, opening hooks, and slide sections with speaker notes.
LinkedIn profile
A full profile rewrite: headline, About section, Experience entries, Featured content, and banner direction.
LinkedIn content strategy
Five content pillars and twenty posts across four categories, with a posting calendar and visual direction.
Lead magnet and email funnel
A framework PDF, a five-email welcome sequence with the copy written out, and the landing page text.
Press and media kit
Author biography, book summary, topic list, tiered interview questions, headshot guidance, and contact details.
Podcast pitch package
Episode angles, a guest one-sheet, pitch email templates, target show research, and sample interview questions.
Podcast scripts
A ten-episode series architecture drawn from twelve chapters, with a complete series arc and one full episode script.
Companion materials
A workbook covering all twelve chapters: reflection questions, exercises, and action steps.
Course outline
Six modules built from twelve chapters, with learning objectives, exercises, and three delivery formats.
Audiobook preparation
A chapter adapted for spoken delivery, with chapter-by-chapter direction notes for the narrator.
Where to start
If you are weighing up whether this service suits your book, the Blueprint example is the one to read: it is the thing you would receive first, and it is the decision point. If you have already written your book, the two services for a finished manuscript are described on the finished manuscripts page.
If you would rather talk it through, the discovery call is thirty minutes, free, and has no obligation attached. Start a conversation.
