This service turns a single conversation into a complete architecture for your book. Up to three hours of your time. One week of production.
The process begins with a free Discovery Call: thirty minutes to talk through your project and confirm fit. If we both want to proceed, you receive a Pre-Session Questionnaire: thirteen questions about your book, your audience, and what you already have, answered in writing or by voice note in around thirty minutes. Then a structured conversation lasting up to three hours, in one session or two. Within one week, you receive a complete Book Blueprint containing:

A detailed profile of how your book should sound, based on your natural speaking style, with a sample paragraph written in your voice.
Structural design principles: the architectural logic, planned echoes across chapters, and guardrails that protect voice and momentum.
Who your book is for, what makes it different from what is already on the shelf, and why your reader will choose it.
Timeline, milestones, material to gather, and the specific next steps to move from plan to manuscript.
Delivery is accompanied by a Blueprint Review Session: a walkthrough of the Blueprint together, where we answer any questions and refine anything that needs adjusting.
The Blueprint is a standalone product. There is no obligation to proceed beyond it.

A fixed monthly retainer with a six-month minimum. You provide raw material; I produce polished chapter drafts in your voice. Most clients reach manuscript stage within nine to twelve months.
